We guide departments in the creation of the City’s annual budget and manage adjustments as needed throughout the yearOur program oversees budget transfers and any changes to the budget through ordinances. 

 

We also play a vital role in administration of the City’s finances, including pensions, borrowing, and debt structuring. Our team ensures that departments and the public receive timely and accurate financial information.
