Grants Available to Qualified Homeowners & Landlords with Income Qualified Tenants.

Principles of a Healthy Home
A healthy home is one that is dry, clean, safe, ventilated, free of pests and contaminants, well maintained, and thermally comfortable. Additionally, homes should be affordable and accessible to all people, regardless of age or ability. Regular maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and other repairs are required to keep a home safe and healthy.
