Illegal Dumping Cleanup
N. Bradford Street will be closed from E. Allen Street to N. Dauphin Street on Wednesday, June 17 to cleanup illegally dumped construction debris, furniture, TVs and other trash along the roadside.

The road will be closed from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Crews from the Bureaus of Recycling and Solid Waste and Streets will perform the cleanup using heavy equipment.

Illegal dumping carries a minimum fine of $1,000.

The city has seen an increase in illegal dumping of construction debris, furniture, and TVs. The public is asked to report illegal dumping in progress, and if possible, assist the bureau by capturing a picture or video of the alleged violator and/or a license plate.
