15059 - Amending  the 2013 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($523,750) representing the City’s portion of a regional grant provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under its Sustainable Regional Planning Initiative, and being administered by the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. The grant funds will be used to develop a city-wide re-industrialization strategy, prepare a master plan for the Little Lehigh Industrial Corridor, and undertake additional activities as may be recommended by these studies.

15021 -  Amending the 2012 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of One Thousand ($1,000) Dollars. This is a donation from Lehigh Valley Kennel Club to the Police Department K-9 Unit to provide necessary equipment.

The adoption of the consultant selection process is necessary to receive state and federal funding reimbursement for professional services fees incurred by the selected consultants.

14954 - Amending the 2011 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred ($12,500.00) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a grant from the County of Lehigh and the Pa Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. This grant will provide funding to purchase and install shade trees in the City at various locations. 

14953 - Amending the 2011 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Ninety-Nine Thousand ($99,000.00) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Industrial Sites Cleanup Fund Program. 14918 - Amending the 2011 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Fifteen Thousand ($15,000) Dollars of funds received from the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) for consulting services for the City’s Historic Architectural Review Board (HARB).
