Walk.

14683 - Amending the 2009 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of One
Hundred and Eighty-Four Thousand Six Hundred and Sixty-Four Dollars and Three Cents
($184,664.03), from the Parks and Recreation, Capital Fund, Arts Park Development, to
Community and Economic Development Capital Fund, Art District Enhancements, for
improvements, renovations and feasibility studies pertaining to the Arts District.

14684 - Amending the Administrative Code, Article 130.16, Contracts, by standardizing bidding policies and
controls to ensure the most cost effective securing of goods and services for the City of Allentown.

14685 - Amending the 2009 General Fund to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twelve Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty ($12,750) Dollars; to provide for the grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on
Crime and Delinquency to the City of Allentown for Weed and Seed Quality of Life.

14566 - Creating an Environmental Advisory Council by providing operating procedures and stating the powers of
the Council.

14567 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of $59,698
from the Pennsylvania Department of Health to various accounts in the Public Health
Emergency Preparedness Program of the Health Bureau, Department of Community and
Economic Development to increase the capacity of the Allentown Health Bureau and
partners to respond to an influenza pandemic and to initiate and catalyze community
wide preparedness efforts through the development, coordination and testing of regional
and local public health pandemic plans.

14568 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five Thousand
Five Hundred ($5,000) Dollars as a result of a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of
Economic Development (DCED), Local Government Municipal Resources and Development Grant Program, to the Fire Department, for Fire and Hazmat rescue equipment.

14569 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five Thousand
($5,500) Dollars as a result of a $5000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Economic
Development (DCED), Local Government Municipal Resources and Development Grant Program,
to the Fire Department; and $500 from UGI, for gas meters.

14570 - Amending the 2007 General Fund Budget authorizing a supplemental appropriation as a
result of a donation from the Allentown Patriots for One Hundred and Fifty
($150) Dollars, Traffic Control Services, LLC. for One Hundred and Fifty ($150) Dollars,
and from Robert Kudlak and David Xander, each for Ten ($10) Dollars.

14571 - Amending the Police, Fire and O&E Pension Funds by requiring an annual actuarial study for each fund.

14572 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five
Thousand ($5,000) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a grant from the Pennsylvania
Community Revitalization Assistance Program. This grant is for the support of the
revitalization of Cedar Creek Parkway.

14573 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Four
Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-eight ($4,888) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a
grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts. This grant is for the support of the
City’s Summer Concert Series and Art in the Park.

14574 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of One Thousand
Five Hundred ($1,500) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a grant from the Keystone Active Zone.
This grant is for the support of the City’s playground program.

the Police Department to provide for public education for our 911 program

14576 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Ten
Thousand ($10,000) Dollars to provide for the receipt of a grant from the Pennsylvania
Community Revitalization Assistance Program. This grant is for the support of the
renovation of Cedar Creek Parkway.

14577 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of
Twenty-two Thousand ($22,000) Dollars as a result from a grant from the
Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (PA DCED),
Community Revitalization Assistance Program to the Fire Department, for
Thermal Imagers.

14578 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of
Seventy-fiveThousand ($75,000) Dollars in Main Street funding from the Pennsylvania
Department of Community and Economic Development to provide funding to implement the Main Street Program along Seventh Street.

14579 - Amending the 2008 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred
Thousand ($500,000) Dollars to provide for a grant from Harry C. Trexler Trust to the City of
Allentown for the Old Allentown Homeownership Initiative Program.

14580 - Amending the Consolidated Plan One Year Action Plan for the Twenty-sixth, Twenty-ninth, Thirtieth, Thirty-first and Thirty-second years of the Community Development Block Grant Program
(CDBG), which re-programs Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Six
($417,326) Dollars of Unexpended Funds.

14581 - An Ordinance providing for the expenditure of certain monies received by the City of Allentown
under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended;
Subtitle B of Title IV of the Stewart B. McKinney Homeless Assistance Act of 1987, as
amended; and Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended; for the
purpose of undertaking programs of housing and community development within the City.

14582 - An Ordinance providing for the expenditure of certain monies received by the City of Allentown from the
repayment of loans made through the Rental Rehabilitation Program.

14583 - Providing for the naming of a certain street in the 16th Ward in the City of Allentown.

14584 - Amending the 2008 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of
Four Hundred Ninety Thousand ($490,000) Dollars reflecting receipt from a
Department of Transportation and Housing and Urban Development Agency
grant for signalized intersection upgrades. The Bureau of Traffic Planning and
Control is supervising and monitoring the grant.

14585 - Amending the 2008 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five
Hundred Seventeen Thousand Forty-five ($517,045) Dollars reflecting receipt of a
grant from the Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority to install a solar
photovoltaic power plant. The Bureau of Engineering is supervising and monitoring the
grant.

14586 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Eighteen ($25,518) Dollars from Pennsylvania
Department of Health Division of Immunizations to the Health Bureau’s Immunization
Program budget, Thirty Thousand Five Hundred ($30,500) Dollars from The National
Association of Chronic Disease Directors to the Health Bureau’s Nutrition & Physical
Activity Program budget, and Fourteen Thousand ($14,000) Dollars from the
Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure to the Health Bureau’s Cancer
Prevention Program. The total supplemental appropriation for these three programs
would be Seventy Thousand Eighteen ($70,018) Dollars.

14587 - Amending the 2008 Sewer Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Five Thousand
Three Hundred Twenty-four Dollars and Fifty-two Cents ($5,324.52) to reflect contributions from
the Borough of Catasauqua, City of Bethlehem, and the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority,
toward the City of Allentown’s costs in the development of letters and technical comments to the
Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC) proposed rulemaking to establish certain criteria for water quality for the Delaware River Basin.

14588 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide Thirty-Six Thousand ($36,000) Dollars for a
supplemental appropriation of reimbursement revenue to be received from fuel purchased by
Lehigh County from the City of Allentown, Public Works Department.

14589 - Amending the 2008 General Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand ($50,000) Dollars in Elm Street funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development for implementation of the Elm Street Program in Old Allentown.
