A prime vacant site for mixed-use development located on the north side of the 500 Block of W Hamilton Street. In the Neighborhood Improvement Zone (NIZ), the Central Business District (B-2), and the Enterprise Zone (EZ) in Center City, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
